
Homemade can’t be beat. Serve on chips, tacos, baked potatoes, whatever. I highly suggest topping off your burger with a dab of salsa for some extra tang.
Ingredients:
- 4 tomatoes peeled and chopped
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ green pepper (chopped)
- 1 cup green chilies
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon coriander
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 2 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
