One of my favorite appetizers! A guaranteed crowd pleaser. And it’s quick to make too!
- 2 rounded loaves of Rye or wheat bread
- 1 Brie wheel
- Raspberry Jam
Hollow out 1 loaf.
Cut the other loaf into cubes. (cubes used for dipping in sauce)
Place Brie in hollowed loaf of bread.
Pour raspberry jam over Brie wheel. Make sure Brie is covered.
Optional: sprinkle sliced almonds on top of jam.
Bake loaf uncovered at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
Place baked loaf on dish.
Surround loaf with bread cubes for dipping into cheese.
